You will be very close to the Palermo´s Subway station (600 meters) and many of the best restaurants and cafes. Also, you will find white ironed sheets and towels, iron, hairdresser, shampoo, conditioner, soap. The apt has wifi and a smart tv with Netflix

It has a balcony and deck with a spectacular view, with tables for meals, countertops and sink, wine cellar, charcoal barbecue and a delicious shower right at the entrance. Spacious room and bathroom, quiet and very well located. Steps from Costanera Center Mall. Tobalaba Metro The neighborhood is very nice and safe. 24/7 concierge. All kinds of services within walking distance. It's very bright, the window faces east. It has blackout shades. There are kittens, you don't see them because they're always with me. And the room, once aired, I clean it and then close it. LGTIQ+ very welcome
