Condo vacation rentals in South America

Right in the center of town and a short walk to the beach. Great amenities - coffee maker and coffee, mini shampoos, conditioners, body wash, and lotions, washer/dryer. Beds were very comfortable! Very clean.

We enjoyed Patrick's condo and all the amenities. It literally has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool and the extra large balcony. Groceries and restaurants all within walking distance. Best of all, Patrick was very responsive to any inquiries. Thanks Patrick, pura vida!

I loved my stay the place is great. The balcony gives a beautiful view of the ocean and the sunset is breathtaking. The spot is perfect for surfing and enjoying the beach and pool to the fullest. To get to the village it is best to rent a small bicycle, motorbike or golf kart! For sure, I'll be back next year!

Greg's place is incredibly beautiful, I felt right at home, I had everything within reach and everything was close by. I will definitely keep it among my favorites to come back again.

Excellent stay! Baltazar is very friendly and available for any inconvenience. He also gave us recommendations of places in the area. Ines also always responded very quickly to any questions The depto is ideal for a couple's end. Beautiful, with excellent views and everything you need for a perfect stay. In front of the beach, and in a very nice area.

We enjoyed 9 days in Austin Apartment for Easter. i don't have even one complain.All was fabulous. Apartment was so clean Nice decorations We like the beach towels kitchen had everything you need even containers that you can take to the beach.We used for fruits. The view was just WOW. Plenty closets,hangers. New washer machine,new oven,new coffee maker. Refrigerator was so clean. Master bedroom has amazing -big shower. So many great restaurant around(walking distance) We love the location Only one think I will add there is Roomba vacuum. lol. only because in my house my roomba never stop vacuuming .I have 2 little kids. it will be helpful for thr sand on thr floor. BUT- there is wall vacuum and brum in the Apartment .I am just Roomba lover. TO BE HONEST. No complaints. All was excellent Austin is the best host!!!! If you want stress Free vacation, just book this beautiful apartment in Palapa ♡♡♡♡♡

the apartment has everything you need for an excellent stay, above the entire location, close to everything, you can walk, find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and the beach very close by is accessed by walking, only you have to be predisposed to the noise of the area and that for being very central and close to records with music, I would highly recommend it too, I would go back to that place to present the opportunity, Gladys, the person in charge is very attentive and willing

Well set up and comfortable apartment. The condominium's public area is very wide, airy and quiet. The site is very strategic because it is close to the center and a few meters from the beach of Perequê Açu.

Jardel was a great host! Always available and the place very well located, quiet, easy access extremely clean with a beautiful green area facing the apt! We love the stay and will be back when we go back to Curitiba again.

We were a group of 6 adults and had a wonderful stay! The place was cozy, warm, and just the right size—not too small, but perfect for our week-long trip. The host was very nice and helpful, always available when we needed anything. What we appreciated most was how safe and comfortable we felt throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Lugar belleo, a lot of privacy and security. Quiet environment, access to the pool and beach, lots of comfort. Don Héctor is very friendly and always willing to help and resolve any questions that arise. 100% recommended

Getting to the location was easy, however it was hard to find out place because there are lots of buildings that look identical and we weren't given a suit number. We were able to figure it out after some trial and error. Besides that the place was one of the nicest and cleanest in Costa Rica that we stayed at.

The apartment located on the 5th floor has a magnificent ocean view. It has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. Between the possible we will come back and recommend it to other users.
