Monthly Rentals in South Bay

We had a great stay at the Pink Palace. The house was very clean and tidy, and had so many thoughtful touches to make it the best home away from home. We travelled as a family and it was the perfect set up. We will be back for sure!

We loved our stay at Mel and Kieran’s. Lovely, tidy home with everything you need. Good space in the bedrooms and loved the large bathroom. We had grandparents, parents and kids staying together and there was plenty of space to spread out. Loved the extra TV in the main bedroom for putting kids movies on while the adults hung out in the lounge. Really appreciated all the extra comforts of home - tea, coffee, sugar as well as washing powder, shampoo, soap and conditioner. Lovely area to stay in, very close to, but away from the hustle bustle of kaikoura township. The kids loved going to the marina and walking along the beach every day, there’s even a playground just a short walk away. Walking tracks nearby were great for the active ones in our group. A perfect way to spend a long weekend away!

Great place to stay in Kaikōura! Steps from the beach and Esplanade. Night sky was amazing; we could see everything there is to see. Comfy place with a kitchen, which was great to have. The host was very friendly and helpful when we had to check in late, leaving on the light and heat for us. The shower is not the best for tall folks, but plenty of hot water! Overall a fantastic option and we'd definitely stay again next time we're in the area.

It was a very pleasant stay, at first I found that there was no salt in the kitchen, Jacky sent his salt very quickly after seeing the information, we are very grateful!Kaikula is really really lovely and wonderful city, we also saw the seals on the way down, happy trip and will come back!
