This special place is close to everything, Comfortable 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment, with full kitchen, Lounge / dining area with garden views. Patio and tropical garden with sitting area. A 1 min walk to waters edge of Bramble Bay & 5-6min walk to Grocery, restaurants, cafes, bus & train. Maximum 2 guests, unfortunately no children. As we share the garden space, no hosting of guests / events / gatherings on the property. There is a lovely park with BBQ ‘S a 5 min walk on the esplanade.

Location Location Location!!! This apartment is right in the centre of Brisbane CBD. The famous Queen street is only a 30 second walk away. The apartment comes with a King Double Bed, a smart TV (Netflix & Youtube included), a full kitchen, a jacuzzi, gym and a swimming pool. On one side you get the Brisbane river view and on the other side you get the Brisbane CBD view of all the sky scrapers. 'Shells on the Bay'........Right on the foreshore!

This private apartment like space has just been totally renovated and has a private entry with direct access to the pool and plenty of balcony space overlooking the marinas of Manly. Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.
