Monthly Rentals in South End, Charlotte

I was in Charlotte for 6 weeks and this was the PERFECT place for a long term stay. Felt private and peaceful but easily drivable to every part of town & a short walk to the greenway, Uptown, and bars and restaurants. Joel & his family were close by if needed but it was so nice to have my own space. The space itself was homey & had everything you would need for a short or long stay. Can’t recommend enough!

Rickita thought of everything down to the strategically placed nightlights and plug-in room freshener. The condo is beautifully decorated and quiet. The couch was very comfortable and the bed was even more comfortable. I literally had all the comforts of home. I especially liked being able to eat like I normally do since I had everything necessary to prepare food. I stayed for a month and a half while I looked for a townhouse to buy and move into and was so comfortable here that I hated to leave. I never stayed in an Airbnb before but it sure beat a hotel hands down. Thank you Rickita for sharing your beautiful condo.

It was our first time in Charlotte and we couldn’t have got luckier with the accommodations! The home was pristine and modern. It was done so well. We loved it and our 2 cattle dogs were extremely comfortable. So close to great neighborhoods and downtown. Beautiful area to walk our dogs and we will definitely be back the next time we visit! Also love the keyless entry and double door security of the layout!
