Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in South Fork

We loved this airbnb stay! It was exactly what we needed – beauty, ease, comfort, and kitchen supplies! while being close to town and the Springs. Thanks so much for opening your home to us and providing such a sweet experience. My daughter loved watching the sunrise and hearing the wild turkeys call. I loved the mountain views and night sky. The unit was a timeshare condo in a small village of 6 identical units. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Small kitchen with dishwasher and living room with pull out couch bed and TV, King Size bed with another TV, nice tall shower, small front patio for two chairs and a table. Everything was perfect for us. The Check In staff were helpful and easy to contact. This stay comes with a lot of amenities including the Rec Center and on Friday they had free drinks and popcorn in the lobby. Pagosa in general is a great place to stay, definitely visit the Hidden Track when JB is bartending, but for this review I’ll stay focused on the lodging and host. If you follow Brooke’s instructions to give your name as written on your government ID and make sure your phone number is up to date in the AirBnB app, it was a seamless check in and a nice stay at a fair price. With good staff on site and clear communication from Brooke, this was the nicest and easiest AirBnB experience I’ve had.

Nice place! Very cosy and close to town. We skied at Wolf Creek and only takes about 25 minutes to get to the base.

This place in Pagosa Springs is amazing! It’s a super clean and spacious home, and it’s just a short walk from the springs and all the cool restaurants. We’ll definitely be back!

The Mill Cabin Suite in Creede, CO was a perfect, cozy, comfortable and quiet stay for the two of us. It is ideally located on the edge of town, out of the main traffic pattern, and within walking distance of the market, restaurants and stores. It is is quaintly appointed with old Colorado mining town decor. In fact the bedroom is an actual reconstructed old small family cabin! The whole place was hand built by Jenna’s husband, Chev. You could tell that they really cared because of all the small, but very appreciated, small personal touches - fresh flowers, candles, welcome sign on fridge handmade with ball magnets, full info sheet, list of restaurants, lots of local brochures, personal hand written welcome note, hand laid flagstone floor in bathroom with hand hewn heart, etc. Both Jenna and Chev were very warm, friendly, super responsive and helpful. We even chatted for a bit over coffee and cookies. This will be our go to place in Creede. Cathy & Joe R.

Great stay. Really clean but also very comfortable. Had a great time!

The location is great - central location close to everything we wanted to do. The space is nice and wide open. It is rustic but it was super clean. The unit is quite warm as others had mentioned but we made use of the fans and A/C and managed to be comfortable. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a great location. Once we were back from skiing we could just park the car and walk everywhere. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location, peaceful and private. Very clean and comfortable inside. Everything I needed for a few days of skiing, relaxing and cooking good food.

Pete and Nikki were responsive, understanding, friendly, and accommodating. The place was exactly as described online and me and my friends had a wonderful few days enjoying both the town and the home. It is absolutely wonderful for small groups of 4-6 people to have a cozy hangout and launch point for the Springs, Wolf Creek, Durango/Purgatory/Mesa Verde and return home to a place where all can diffuse, relax, and take the 2 minutes walk to the river park down the road. This was my tenth time in PS and my favorite experience so far

Wonderful place to stay for a couple days! Close to Great sand dunes national park and hot springs. Easy check in and cute place. Our dog also loved it!

Our families stay was amazing, the house is such a beautiful mountain home with numerous amenities. Melissa was an amazing host and we can't to come back. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house was so comfy and cozy and in the perfect location. The garage is a huge plus!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the fire places added a special touch! We will absolutely be back!

Great place! Close to town, house had everything we needed and it had the best atmosphere!

This was a great house for the 7 of us (4 kids from age 2-11) and 3 adults. It was spacious, had everything we needed, has character, and was a good location to use as a base to get out and see the Monte Vista National Wildlife park and the Sand Dunes. There is also a kids playground just a couple of blocks away which was an added bonus for us. I'd definitely choose to stay here again!

We had a great trip to Pagosa/Wolf Creek! This condo was perfect for our little family of 4. It was recently updated and had everything we needed! There was a stain on the shower curtain but I never mentioned it while we were there and that was our only concern with the cleanliness. We also had a constant sound in our master bedroom the first night but we did let them know about it and found out it was the sump pump under the house draining water from all the snow. They were able to turn it off and that fixed the sound so the rest of our nights were much more peaceful. Overall great and we would stay here again and recommend it to others!

Such a beautiful well appointed and clean home. The views are fantastic. Watched a hot air balloon several mornings from the deck. The home is stocked with high end everything you would need in the kitchen. Would definitely stay there again. Jan is wonderful to work with.

Really enjoyed staying at this location. The unit has a great feel and is very comfortable. Love the high ceilings and the amazing light fixtures. Walkable to The Springs Resort and downtown shops and restaurants. Great view out the front windows of the resort. Convenient to have a reserved parking space behind the building as well.

Great value and location. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of cooking pans, dishes, crock pot, etc…which made cooking easy. Beds were comfy. Lots of extra blankets and towels. Big washer and dryer which was nice for post ski laundry! Thanks for a great stay!

Great decor with so many thoughtful touches to make the place feel cozy and comfortable. Stocked with coffee, water cooler to keep you hydrated and very comfortable beds! I loved the location too. Easy access to Wolf creek, in a quiet residential area and out of the main tourist hub - right in the middle of both access to down town restaurants and City Market supermarket.

Responsive hosts, everything was clean, great place to come back to a day on the mountain.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer's place. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Also close to restaurants and the grocery store.
