Charming Rural Australian Church

This is a charming little church, converted to a beautiful living space. It is situated in the little rural village of Stokers Siding, in Northern NSW. The nearest town, Murwillumbah, is 8km away. Some of the finest surfing beaches in the world are less than 30 mins drive away. The old church has one bedroom and bathroom with an open living and kitchen space, with a wonderful veranda at the rear of the church. The grounds contain a little one-bedroom Capella, also for rent separately.

Peaceful creek and ocean beach access. 200m walk to surf beach. 35 minutes from Tweed Rail Trail. This rail trail is accessible from Burringbar, Mooball or Murwillumbah which are all less than 35 minutes from Rene's Cottage. There are pelicans, herons, osprey and marine animals. Can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. Whale watching June >> November. All cooking equipment, bed linen and towels supplied. Kayaks and crab pots; no extra, but no pets. Check in time 2pm.
