The studio provides modern conveniences in a tranquil setting and is provisioned (by us) for you to enjoy a substantial continental breakfast - giving the flexibility to choose your own timings ensuring a relaxing start to the day.

Ideal for a waterside getaway, Chiefs games and visiting Exeter university.

Return after your adventures to enjoy the peace and tranquility and as it gets dark, enjoy the skies in this dark skies reserve.

Little Magnolia - beautiful walks & beaches

Little Magnolia is part of a beautiful cottage set in the South Hams with easy access to stunning walks including the south west coast path and a short walk to the amazing estuary. The beaches are 15 minutes away and the market town of Kingsbridge has everything you need including weekly farmers markets and crafts. We have parking and outside seating. Our home is comfortable and welcoming and people love staying here.

The Cabin

A stunning purpose built, detached, timber frame building. Situated in the large garden of the owners home at the bottom of Stonebarrow Hill. The Cabin gives you total privacy, yet you feel catered for. A locally sourced continental breakfast is left in the silent fridge, enabling you to start the day whenever you want. The Cabin is the perfect place to relax and explore the wonderful Jurassic Coast.
