Loved this place. Perfect for our needs and exactly as described. So many amenities and lots of extras in cupboards from previous guests which is always very handy. Felt like home. Beds very comfortable.

My husband, teenage daughter and my Mum had a lovely 5 nights at Stuart’s place. We also had our golden retriever with us. We loved the quirky historic feel of the home, modern bathrooms, plenty of space including the extra living area downstairs and unbeatable location in a nice neighbourhood but only a few blocks up from the CBD shops. It’s also only 15 min walk to Salamanca. The kitchen was very well stocked with pantry items. Would have liked to have more glasses for drinking water, as only 4 provided. Nice little patio overlooking a raised lawn and garden. Parking in the driveway for 2 cars. It was quiet considering the central location. Comfortable beds and cosy at night. Would definitely stay again.,

We were traveling as a family group of ten and this house accommodated us so well. The location is so beautiful and we loved exploring the local region and then coming home to wander the beach each evening. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful

We really enjoyed our stay and it’s an easy still to the waterfront, and just around the corner from OGEE. Huge apartment which would be great for two couples or a family and felt completely luxurious for my sister and me. I left a shirt behind and they organise to send it back for a small fee.

Excellent location within walking distance from everything in the city. Very close to 2 Skybus stops so that was very convenient. Check out times are strict which is fair although I did try to request a later check out due to my flight being in the late afternoon but it wasn’t possible. I really appreciated the Dyson air purifier fan in one of the bedrooms on the middle floor, which seemed to be warmer than the other two rooms. Extremely fast replies from the host and the service team via a phone call whenever I needed assistance.

Comfortable and very clean accommodation with all necessary amenities. Pleasant walk to CBD. We struck a public holiday so less evening meal options nearby but restaurants around Salamanca were open. Michael was a very friendly and responsive host

Our stay at Petra and Wayne's place was absolutely amazing! Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The location is fantastic—very close to the city, making it easy to explore. Petra and Wayne were incredibly kind and welcoming, providing us with great recommendations on places to visit and local attractions. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! The only small suggestion I have is to add a wardrobe or some drawers in the bedroom, as we didn't have a proper place to store our clothes. But honestly, everything else was just perfect—the beautiful flowers, the cleanliness, the cozy atmosphere. We loved every moment of our stay and would definitely come back!

Great location, so close to everything

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. As mentioned in other reviews the roughly 40 stairs down to the entrance from the supplied off street parking needs to be taken into account as far as your mobility levels go. The stay is definitely worth the stairs and watching the sunrise over Hobart from the deck with a coffee is awesome. The place is comfy and includes everything required.

We had an enjoyable stay at Tom & Pam's place. The cottage is comfortable & functional. The kitchen is fully equipped & well stocked. The surroundings are pleasant & the garden is beautiful. We would stay there again next time we're in Hobart.

Peter and Trisha were excellent hosts providing us with all the information we needed for our stay. The unit is right in the heart of Salamanca close (no car needed) to restaurants, bars and cafes. The unit itself is very comfortable and welcoming and you have everything you need for a great stay.

Our stay was exactly as we thought it would be - but better. The accommodation was fresh and clean and welcoming. The beds were the most comfortable we have very slept in! We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fruit and breakfast supplies! The unit was so close to the amazing beach and local eateries yet we felt we were much further away as it was so quiet and peaceful. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone!

Andrew’s place in Hobart was excellent! Close to the harbor and CBD, easy to walk just about everywhere. Access from the airport via SkyBus was also close & convenient. The apartment was clean, well stocked with all the basics, and the kitchen was spacious and ready to cook in. It felt very relaxing and home like. The sleeper sofa was nice for my son, and the king bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again if available. Thank you, Andrew!

Brian’s place is an affordable three bedroom home located in a quiet part of Kingston and was very convenient for our overnight stay. Brian communicated clear instructions, was friendly making sure we were able to check in smoothly and very kindly offered us some fresh fish.
