We love the accommodation, super quiet, quiet, nice, great location, large, cozy place! We have nothing to complain about, it was excellent!

The apartment has warm décor, offers comfort, is airy and is very organized and clean. The highlight is in the stunning view of the beach and the bar. The building is close to the beach and the Centro, located in the best place in Tramandaí. It is accessible for those who have decreased mobility, have a lift and an access ramp on the door. Our hospitality was brief but pleasant and quiet, corresponding to our expectation.

Apartamento matches the photos, has Alexa available in all the bedrooms and in the bathroom. Spacious living room and kitchen, well-equipped, me and my family liked it very much, we were very comfortable.

The location of the apartment is great and very safe, close to a supermarket and pharmacy. Accommodations are comfortable and spacious. I felt right at home. Cátia was also very attentive.

The Apartment is on a street close to Lago Negro, Torres da Princesa, Florybal Park, close to the access of Parque da Mônica and Snowland. we find it cozy for us family if 4 people.

Wonderful family weekend at Casa do Araçá!! The house is very wide, cozy and airy. All were very well accommodated in the 6 air-conditioned rooms, linen and bath towels. All very clean and organized! The kitchen is very well equipped and the dishwasher makes it easy. For leisure, the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The kayaks and stand-ups had a lot of fun for the family. My son also played a lot in the leap. A special highlight goes to Rose and Sandra, hiring them was a great choice, because the food is delicious, the house was clean and we could enjoy the day at the beach. They even make dessert!! Livia is also super attentive and passes on all the necessary information. It really is a foot in the sand!

Maurici is an excellent host. From the first contact, he responded quickly and was always available for all requests. In addition to being extremely kind. The space is mega comfortable, welcoming and clean. Very nice even. The indoor area looks like home, ideal for welcoming families and groups of friends. The kitchen is well equipped and super clean toilets. The outdoor area is very tasty, even if shared, in front of Lake Igapó and in an excellent location. I highly recommend it. I want to come back more often. They were very nice days. 😊

We only spent one weekend, but it was all very nice, the house is very cozy and was extremely clean. Bed and bath linens, well clean and smelling. We really like it, we'll be back for sure.

Our stay at the house was amazing, cozy space and very large! Marcelo was super receptive and whenever he needed he helped us with doubts about the places of the city and gave indications of places to visit. I super indicate his place.

The apt was spotless, we received it in excellent hygienic conditions. Everything is as it appears in the photos. It is super equipped for 8 people. We loved the security of the building and the apto itself. We were with a one-year-old baby and felt right at home. As for the rooms, super comfortable beds, bathrooms with powerful showers... I would again choose this option to come for a family vacation. The super attentive and responsible host, we had a little mishap with an air conditioner that did not work well and in consultation I solve it immediately sending a technician to review. From 1 to 10, I rated it with 10 points. We'll be back !!!

The condominium offers many options, the house is spacious and accommodated all well. The showers have poor contact, which connects each other automatically connects. In the kitchen we miss a knife for bread and also a knife for a meal. We were 8 people and had 7. There was a quarter that the lamp was burned, but it was solved quickly with the help of the porters, very helpful and kind. I recommend it for large classes (8 people and also for families with kids). The beach is very beautiful too. We recommend.

There are two suites, which is convenient. The pool is right outside the elevator, which is practical. There is a safe and spacious trail, ideal for walking with my pet. I plan to come back next time.

The apartment is close to the beach, restaurants, convenience and supermarkets. We did everything by foot. The apartment is cozy, with lots of light and a huge balcony!!! We hope to have the opportunity to go more often.
