Located in the rural area of the Vila Nova neighborhood, the property is 30 minutes from the center of Joinville/SC, allowing the guest to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city while still being close to the urban area.

Spacious house, on the edge of the dam, in a gated community with only 28 lots. A project carried out by Ambienta Arquitetura (prestigious by the magazine Arquitetura e Construção and others) with 3,900 m2 of land, 516m2 built, a standard pool, and a smaller heated pool (electric heater), trampoline, slackline, kayak, stand up paddle and barbecue. 5 suites (all with air conditioning) and another toilet.
