The apartment is great and very well located, between the stations of São Paulo/Consolação and oscar freire of the subway. My husband and I stayed for a week and everything was perfect. Communication with Rafael was very good and the check-in and check-out were super peaceful. The region has several bars, restaurants and bakeries. We really like it and recommend the stay!

The place was beautiful, clean, neat, super safe, and comfortable to get in and out with the car at any time. Hot air conditioned pool, wet and dry sauna, jacuzzi, gym and more... In addition the beach in front also very nice especially for surfing. All very attentive, and the destination was beautiful in every way, come back again without a doubt.

Great apartment. Located on an avenue where there are several shops. And the only point (not negative, just an observation) is that the beach is a little distant, sometimes with coolers, children or the elderly gets a little difficult. But great cost-benefit and fit exactly as in the pictures! We love it!

About our stay with Karin. Positive points: the apt is close to the German village and several points of interest, a quiet and extremely clean place. Ja Rental Espacos no aibnb dozens of times and few have been so clean, organized and with so many amenities and touches of affection. There were books, games, very well-equipped kitchen, cable TV, some food all labeled, clear instructions on details in space, and breaking Karin left us a basket with a bunch of snacks. The township that received us was her husband, Jordan, a grace, the communication with them was great and very quiet, we met Karin at check out and she is a cute one. Tbm we were able to check in flexibly, which helped us a lot. Negative points: having to leave :(

Neusa's apartment is the same as the photos. The view of the beach from the room is addictive... all the rooms have a view of the sea, even taking a bath to see the beach. The location is excellent, close to everything and next to the Carrefour market, which is open 24 hours. Concierge staff are very polite and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped and I found the adapted bathroom superbacana. I went with my husband and my one-year-old son and we enjoyed it a lot. I intend to come back more often.
