Beachfront vacation rentals in South West Wales

We had a lovely stay in the beautiful cottage. We would definitely return. Very comfortable and well provisioned. The only thing to note for travellers with large vehicles is that the turning into the parking space is very tight. We have a short bed transporter van and made it with inches to spare - a long bed van/camper etc would probably not make it in. However, there is parking on the street.

myself and my partner and our dog chez had a 3 night stay. looking for peace and quiet and that was exactly what we got. The property was immaculate. Shower was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. Many thanks to lisa for having us stay in your lovely home.

We had a wonderful stay at Christopher’s lovely home!! The house is very spacious and well kept, and we instantly felt comfortable. Christopher was very responsive and helpful, and kindly put up a baby gate for our infant daughter! He and his family also left out some wooden toys our daughter could play with and lent us their high chair. The house has a great yard and is in fabulous area, very family oriented and we loved having Clyne Gardens so close! We would strongly recommend!!

We chose this home because we wanted somewhere close to the sea to walk our two dogs. This was perfect as the beach was so clean and quiet in the day. The house was well set out and had plenty of room for four adults and two dogs. Lots of places to walk to if you wanted to eat out around the house, as well as delivery services. Within easy reach of supermarkets. We used this as a base to visit Barry, and the Mumbles. Great communication from start to finish.

Lovely place! Really enjoyed our stay, excellent hosts. Only downside was check in at 3 and out at 10, would have loved to have stayed longer!

A wonderful family home containing everything you need. It is comfortably and well furnished. The children's room was very welcome and well used by our children. The house is very well placed and the parking area was extremely useful. It is a great base for exploring Swansea and the surrounding area with pretty beaches very close by. The Mumbles is well served with shops and restaurants and only a few minutes walk from the house. We had 6 fabulous nights and would definitely return again. Kathryn is a very responsive and welcoming host. Thank you for having us.

We spent a perfect two days at Catrin’s Airbnb. A stunning property, very comfortable and within easy access of walks to the park and the seafront. Catrin was very prompt to respond to my messages and everything was ready for our arrival. I would highly recommend.

We had a lovey week at the cottage. Great location and very homely. Beds were comfortable and rooms very clean. Hot tub was a bonus and made for lovely relaxing evenings.

The chalet was the perfect getaway with for my young family. I use to come to clarach bay as a child, so had fond memories of the beach, the little wooden bridge and bay area, the chip shop and small amusements for the kids, it didn’t not disappoint, it was just like stepping back in time but with more up to date amenities, like wifi, T.V, and updated club house, even the sunday market was still running with the weekly meat wagon. The kids loved the bunk beds and sitting on the sofas to watch the wild rabbits in the morning. it’s so peaceful and you can see the sea and some of Aber bay on tiptoes.

Our second visit to Beach Drive, just as great as the first time we visited two years ago. The house is well equipped for cosy evenings and is perfectly situated for exploring the coastal path. Julie's communication is excellent, she kindly sorted new car pass details for me at short notice which was a weight off my mind. Would definitely stay again.

We are just back from a 4 night stay. The cabin is wonderful and the views are amazing. The cabin was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed. Emily has thought of everything. The furniture was nice, there was plenty of crockery, powerful walk in shower. The high spot for us was the views. We sat out on the very comfortable outdoor furniture and took it all in. You feel very private even though we had neighbours - it was quiet and peaceful. We look forward to visiting again.

Great place, great host - we drove to visit lots of places locally with our kids and used the amenities on site, which were really good.

Loved the Caravan clear instructions as to how to access and gain entry which was useful as we did not realise just how big the site was! It was very clean warm and comfortable also very well equipped. I have to say I did not read the instructions carefully enough and brought no bedding with us. This was resolved via the Reception on the site and for a small deposit we were provided with bedding which was delivered! Deposit returned on return of the bedding so no crisis. Lots of lovely walking from the caravan perfect for the dog. We were visiting friends in the area and would definitely consider coming again.

A lovely apartment in a fantastic location right near the beach, restaurants and bars. The private parking spot was a blessing and the kids loved using the pool at the campsite nearby. Naomi was a great host who gave us loads of recommendations including a curry on the cove for sunset. A great weekend

Would like to say a massive thank you for the wonderful stay we had just what was needed felt so relaxed and didn't want to leave !!!! To be able to walk down to the beach and yet surrounded by beautiful woodlands was truly amazing 😍 Will be back 100% again thank you so much 😻

We stayed over at Geouffrey's place on our visit to Pembroke. It is nicely situated opposite to the Pembroke Docks and provided amazing views of the waters. The house itself was very well kept and clean. It is a big space and perhaps the photos don't provide the same feel on how spacious the rooms are. We would likely stay over here again on our next visit to Pembrokeshire. Would recommend this to anyone planning to come here.

From the moment we arrived at The Anchorage we felt at home. The cottage was pristine and Ruth had left us some Welsh Cakes, tea and milk so we could have a cuppa when we arrived after a long drive. Ruth was always responsive and came to meet us to make sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was absolutely pristine. The heating worked well and made for a cosy atmosphere. The view was wonderful and we loved watching the fishing boats come and go. Sunset from the porch was stunning. A very enjoyable few days at The Anchorage which we hope to repeat!

We stayed at the Seawatch house over Easter weekend to celebrate my birthday. There was 6 adults and 1 baby in our party, and the house felt spacious enough for us all to enjoy. We loved cooking and socialising in the kitchen, and relaxing in the living room. Enjoying the view out to the sea from the front of the house. The house was clean, stylish, and equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The location was great for exploring The Mumbles and Gower area. The pilot is a great pub a few doors away, and it’s a short walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. Lisa was a brilliant host with great communication before, during, and after our stay. We would all highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

Wow what a great place, had the best time so relaxing and homely had everything we needed. Great views with a lovely walk through the private woods to the beach. Enjoyed the hot tub each day and had a couple of BBQs. Nice evening walks along the beach. See the dolphins while sat out enjoying breakfast that was great to see. Brian was lovely so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back again. Thank you

What a great place - just as the other reviews state. Great size apartment and fabulous location just steps from the beach. Top floor flat with super views. Everything super clean tidy and well stocked - even some nice welcome goodies on arrival. Will be back

We booked very last minute (on the day) and our hosts were quick to confirm and gave us all the information quickly for checking in. Location couldn’t have been better for surfing at Woolacombe and the outside shower for washing off after and hanging wetsuits was very helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay! Thank you, we will be back!

This apartment is beautiful and has absolutely stunning views out over the sea, North beach and the harbour. It is such a perfect location right on the beach and in walking distance to the town. The apartment is very comfortable and cosy, the bathroom was clean with a great shower and the kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. The beds are extremely comfortable and we slept very well. Tenby has some lovely shops, cafes and restaurants and we used some of Ros’ recommendations (Cafe Vista for lunch, the Baytree for dinner and D. Fecci & Sons for fish and chips) which were all great. Only positive things to say about this lovely apartment and the town. We will definitely be coming back!

Really creatively restored and decorated 1920s house with all the amenties needed for a comfortable family holiday. Fantastic spacious rooms and modern bathrooms. It's such a social space. We loved our stay at the Old Sea Captain's house. Parking for 3 cars which aren't really needed. Everything is walkable! Great access to stunning coastal walks and the beach is delightful, with many more short walks along the coast. The weather sadly wasn't on our side but staying here made our holiday perfect. Thank you to Frances and Paul for being on hand to anwser our questions etc.
