Loft vacation rentals in Southern Indiana

Dru is a pleasure and we were so happy to meet her. Very accomodating! Her place is just as it is described and a perfect location for Lexington area events. It is very homey and Dru is an excellent host. We will be staying again :).

We loved our stay at Ben’s Urban Loft! The pictures do not do it justice! It is absolutely gorgeous! It was the perfect space for 9 adults to stay and enjoy our time together, as well as being very close to many distilleries on the Bourbon Trail! Ben was a wonderful host! Everything you could need was readily available! We also enjoyed Bill the chef who cooked dinner for us the first night after a long drive! He prepared such a delicious meal and was so reasonable in his pricing! We can’t wait to go back!

Great location for a quick visit to University of Cincinnati and downtown.

The Nest was a great place to stay. It was an easy spot to get around the Louisville area while we were there. The place was very comfortable and had everything you would need for the stay. Check in was seamless and would highly recommend

Cute place in a cute neighborhood! Sarah was responsive and helpful. We appreciated the small thoughtful touches, like the hamper and extra towels. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and Washington Park was just a few minutes’ walk away, which our dogs loved!

Cannot beat the location! Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely come back.

We had a very comfortable stay. Very clean and conveniently located near the expressway. The place was stocked with everything we needed. The office upstairs was perfect for working. I would definitely recommend this spot for a work trip or extended stay. The owner was very helpful and pleasant.

One of the nicest & cleanest places that my family has stayed at! The kitchen's fully stocked w/essentials, condiments & extras than your avg Airbnb. It's kid friendly w/children's utensils, plates, bowls, sippy cup & step stool, that our 6 y.o. son happily utilized. The unit looks nicer in person & had everything we needed to make us feel comfy during our stay, which is nice cause I'll forget a few items. (I wish more Airbnbs had the same standards as Shy's.) The cafe below has good food & coffee. Note: On the weekend mornings you can hear the cafe bustling below. There are parking spots behind the bldg & an overflow lot. It's a safe neighborhood & walking distance to a UDF gas station/ convenient store. There isn't a central heating/cooling, so the temp isn't consistent. You'll need to keep the air purifier running at mid speed or you'll notice a musty smell when you return, if it was warmer that day. We def recommend Shy's place & look forward to returning if we're ever in the area!

Very nice place. A different kinda of place for us but we definitely loved it. Very nicely decorated. Plenty of room. Loved the loft layout. Bedroom with the bathroom had a firm mattress. Everyone said they slept well in their bedrooms. Showers were great. Parking was easy and we were pulling a trailer. Everything was clean ! So much better than any hotel and very responsibly priced !!

Loved the location. We bought tickets to a show at the Aironff theater. The apartment was in the same building. Only had to go out and walk around the building. We then were able to find great places to eat within walking distance. Parking was the only small draw back. Had to pay to park and walk a little ways, but not terrible. Apartment was quiet even though it was right in the middle of a city. My son, being a musician, enjoyed the piano. Would have been a great extra if there were coffee. Loved that there was soap and shampoo and conditioner provided in both showers, great extra touch!
