Wonderful place to stay if you’re traveling to the Portsmouth area. Debby is a very attentive host, and the house and area is very peaceful.

Phil and Marie are exceptionally responsive hosts. Because we were planning an extended stay: we asked to view the unit prior to the cancellation date to make sure it met our expectations. They agreed to meet us. Their one bedroom condo matches the description perfectly. The bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated,. My wife loves to cook and the kitchen had everything she needed, except a crockpot, which our hosts provided prior to our arrival. The bed was very comfortable. The large Roku tv in the living room had cable and the internet connection had ample speed. The location is a five minute walk from the footbridge at Perkins Cove and a five minute drive to the center of town. Final thoughts: Phil and Marie have thought of everything to make your stay easy and comfortable. If you're looking to stay in the Ogunquit area, you won't go wrong booking this unit. Just leave some dates open for us, because we're definitely returning. We felt right at home.

Really loved staying in Wells, Maine in this place. It was super cozy, comfy and cute. My parents and I really had great family time. My parents could walk outside to eat by themselves and beach was super fun, it was so near. Great place and the Host Kay is super understanding and responsive. Definitely will recommend this place if they want a quality time in wells near the beach.
