Wildlife, Butterfly House, Nature Center Glamp 1

LutaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Lovely place. Made it there first day of Autumn and had the entire area to ourselves, so it was a bit of a ghost town, but it wasn't scary or anything like that. The swim hole was a bit underwhelming, but the water was pleasant. Deer, rabbits, and a flock of sixteen turkeys frequented the reserve and walked past the tent harmlessly quite often. Heard coyotes and the distant thumping of a Harley Davidson in the evenings Walked to the Butterfly sanctuary and then across the road to the Great Cats park. The butterfly park was cute and fun and I learned much while there. I very much recommend the Great cats park. The animals there are not only healthy and well taken care of, but they are pampered and loved by the management and the staff there. it was more of a family than a zoo or anything like that and many of the cats are endangered or threatened species, very special place. The price of the stay was very reasonable and I loved going to the monument park cave tour the day of arrival.

It was amazing to stay in this cozy glamping spot surrounded by the forest. It was well equipped, comfortable and warm despite the freezing temperatures outside. The host's are friendly and provided heaps of information about things to do around the area. It was wonderful staying here!

Glamping! Luxury Tent - Mountaineer

AaryanRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Great stay, comfortable, and cozy. Carry your own firewood if you want to light a bonfire. The wood available there is damp and expensive. Moreover, not enough fire starter so I struggled to light a fire but the neighbors were extremely kind to offer an even larger amount of firewood for free and better fire starter as well.

Glamping! Luxury Tent - Ranger

MaryRating, 5 stars8 months ago
3rd time staying at Umpqua’s Last Resort, and it’s become an absolute favorite of mine. The owners have created such a beautiful, inclusive, and clean campground that is like none other I’ve ever visited. I try to come here once a year now. All the friends I bring end up being just as impressed and grateful that we found such a perfect spot.

Wildlife, Butterfly House, Nature Center Glamp 4

CherylRating, 5 stars11 months ago
This was our first Glamping trip and we enjoyed it very much. Quiet and peaceful, as described, and the necessary amenities were available. We were in Tent #1, so the kitchen and shower area were very convenient, but we were still surrounded by nature. Patty is very good at communication and the instructions were easy to follow. We plan to come back again!

Rogue River Glamping

We had an amazing time here!! The location is very beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Katie was responsive when we had questions and everything was very clean and well kept. We especially loved the craftsmanship that went into building everything, it was very unique! The tent with the wood burning stove is super cozy, and we enjoyed viewing the sunsets through the trees. The outdoor shower was amazing too! Highly recommend staying here, it's truly one of a kind. I would definitely go back! Thanks for everything, Katie!

Volcano Outlook

Perfect compromise between camping (fiancé’s preference) and hotel (my preference)! Lol. GORGEOUS views, peaceful, private location, dog friendly, communicative and friendly hosts... It was pretty cold and windy when we were there, but even then, it was a decent experience for what it was! Looking forward to coming back and enjoying it again in warmer weather. 😉

Social Distancing Nature Retreat Glamping Site #2

SkylaRating, 5 stars23 months ago
When we first booked the air bnb, I was expecting just a bed in a shed really because we only needed one night for somewhere to sleep. There were more amenities than I expected! Bernard let us use any of the amenities inside the house which he stays at and books other rooms out of. It was nice having a comfy couch to sit on when we came in, a kitchen available to use, and bathrooms indoors as well. The location is very private and has a wonderful view of both city and forest. I would stay here again. Bernard was very friendly when we met him in person and answered all of pur questions once we arrived.

Private Glamping Crescent Creek

Stayed here while visiting Crater Lake and it was perfect for our needs. The creek was so peaceful and the wood stove warmed us up so well at the end of the day. Ryan was very quick to respond and helped bring us more wood when we needed it.

Camping / BYO Tent, RV @ Sustainable EcoVillage

BrianRating, 5 stars13 months ago
The Sustainable Ecovillage was quite the getaway destination! Very peaceful and mountainous. Would like very much to come back to stay in the treehouse or hobbit home! All of his rental spaces are very unique and charming. Dan was a very friendly host. Sadly Forest fires last fall scorched some of the area however noticed the regrowth beginning already in March!

I absolutely loved it, the kids were on the fence about it because camping is hard… but that’s part of the experience imo - Kori was a pleasure to talk to.
