Everything was smooth and easy from the beginning. Host was a proactive communicator and the place was clean and comfortable. Wasn’t the cheapest option, but also felt like one of the best ‘bang for your buck’ in regard to size, location, cleanliness, and good price.

My family and I came for the Eugene marathon and Kathy's home could not have been better! Very cozy and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The surrounding area is very beautiful and walkable. We were very close to the start line of the race which was really convenient. I would highly recommend Kathy's place to anyone traveling to Eugene!

The whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end. We cook a lot so the fully stocked kitchen and high end cookware was perfect. The layout was a good fit for our needs and the morning sun on the patio was welcome. Hot tub and fire pit were well used and nice for the evenings. Access to Deschutes river trail was convenient. Location on the road to Mt Bachelor made it ideal for early morning skiing. Garage was large but we parked our trucks outside. Quiet neighborhood and safe for kids. Bathrooms and restrooms were well maintained and modern. Lighting kept the place bright and the entertainment system was top notch. Golf course next door with onsite disc golf, tennis, pickleball, bike pump track and rafting. Pet friendly. Overall a great place to stay and make the most of Bend and Mt Bachelor. Highly recommend.

This is a beautifully renovated cottage, in a charming historic neighborhood. All the top restaurants, shopping, Lithia Park and cultural attractions are easy walks. It is beautifully equipped, especially the kitchen. We had a wonderful time. Our dinner at Mas was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Destination dining for sure. We had not been to Ashland before and loved it. Very easy for New Englanders to appreciate. We also enjoyed our day driving to Jedediah Smith National Park to see redwoods, wine tasting at Quady North and walking around downtown Jacksonville.

This Airbnb had hands down the best stocked and organized kitchen of any I've ever been to. It was easy to cook anything you wanted, we even baked a pie while we were there and there were all the right utensils, mixing bowls, etc that were needed. They provide spices even. I was so impressed! The house was spotless and had great amenities. The hot tub is wonderful to relax in at night.

Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was great. We loved sitting on the back deck/porch with a cup of coffee. Thanks for sharing your place.

Great space for two couples. Clean and had everything we needed. Minor thing, but the hot water was crazy good and fast. That’s a big plus for me. Took us a minute to sort out the thermostat but that was on us. Everything worked well.

This is the second time we have stayed and enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Karen is a very responsive host and we just love the peace of the place. It's a little far from Bend but it's such a nice spot that it's worth it. Looking forward to the next time we can make it out there.

Great location in Sunriver, easy walk to Village or Lodge. Beautiful building. The unit itself is spacious, comfortable, with great layout. Everything we needed was provided. We really loved this place and would be happy to come back.

Great place for three couples. Very clean and quiet with beautiful surroundings. Comfortable beds. Nice big open space for our small group of 6.

We had a great time staying here for our annual ski trip. The property was very quiet and clean. We had issues with the hot tub and the host did their best to troubleshoot with us and they even reimbursed us when we could not get it working. Would definitely stay here again!

Where do I even begin? Patricia’s home was absolutely stunning—one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed in for quite some time! The ocean view from the upstairs primary bedroom was breathtaking, and the views from the rest of the home were just as lovely. Every detail was thoughtfully done—the decor was elegant and welcoming, and the home was incredibly well-stocked. It truly felt like a five-star retreat! From the fully equipped kitchen with spices, oils, and cookware to the overall cleanliness and comfort, Patricia has thought of everything. We felt completely at home and so well cared for. It was an absolute pleasure staying here, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for that perfect getaway. A solid 10 out of 10—we’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay for a family ski trip to Sunriver. The house was perfect for our family and Diane was the most responsive host, who replied quickly and was super friendly. We will definitely be back to enjoy some more days on the hill and nights in the cozy Sunriver home!

This little townhouse was perfect for my girlfriend and I as we wanted something other than hotel while running the Eugene half marathon. Quiet and peaceful setting. Comfortable space and Breyer was delightful. Thank you!

Stayed in bend for one night and the B&B was well worth the money. Christian offered great recommendations for us to do in the evening and was overall really communicative. House is about a short 10 min drive into the downtown area right next to the riverwalk. Wish we had the chance to stay another night

We had a great stay! The home was very clean, and there was plenty of space for our family. We were particularly impressed with how well appointed the kitchen was - super thoughtful!

The townhouse was beautiful and had everything we could have wanted. The list of amenities indicated that there was no hair dryer, but there was actually one in each bathroom! No need to bring your own. The location can't be beat. You can walk into town for everything you need. The rooms were spacious, and the electronics worked perfectly. The setting was idyllic, with a walking path that leads to a wonderful view of the mountains. We would definitely stay here again.

Mike and Lita’s place is gorgeous, and their attention to every last detail makes for a stay that is not just comfortable, but special. The hosts made themselves available in case of any problems but were not at all overbearing. We stayed there for our son’s sports tournament but hope to return again when we have more time to enjoy the house and the resort! Loved it!

Great stay! We were able to visit Smith Rock State Park, Crater Lake and McKenzie River area.

Lindsey's place worked perfectly for a quick weekend trip for my mom and I, visiting my brother in Bend. It was a peaceful haven and had all of the accomodations we required. We liked that there were restaurant options at the resort for when we needed something quick or didn't want to travel too far. Our only regret is that our stay was so short that we didn't get to take full advantage of the grounds or Lindsey's local recommendations. There are lovely walking and biking paths throughout and we would have loved to have had the opportunity to enjoy them more. Thank you for everything, Lindsey!
