Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes, which is located in Farsund municipality. Skipperhuset was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we work to make the house as authentic as possible, including by wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper's house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery, which has a renovated bakery oven.

Good sun conditions during summer with sun from early morning to about 8pm in summer With the possibility of renting a boat in a boathouse in the garden (20 feet and 60 horsepower trailer) with access to a table, kayak and paddle board. The house is located in a single-family area with about 5 minutes drive or 30 minutes walk from Flekkefjord city center. The single-family home appears to be family friendly with several playgrounds, sea, beach and forest in the immediate vicinity.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. Built in 2018, the house is of high standard. On the first floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms, all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside, there is a large terrace with lots of living space, different seating groups, jacuzzi and fireplaces, and nice views!

Also great for those who need to immerse yourself in work undisturbed. We rent out the guesthouse in our yard, a lovely little house on the edge of the forest. Towels (1 big+1 small) and bedsheets are included in the price, and beds are made on arrival. 2 parking space. There is a large terrace facing west, otherwise some of the outdoor area is still under construction.
