We are located in North West Spokane, 10 minutes to Whitworth College, 15 minutes to downtown Spokane & 52 miles to Silverwood. We have 3 bedrooms available, plus an air bed if needed (please let us know if you need the air bed in advance) , also your own 1/2 bath & 3/4 bath with a large sauna. There is a large 70 inch TV with cable, Ping pong table for some extra fun! Board games in the TV cabinet. Plenty of parking available. *This space requires the renter to go up/down a flight of stairs*

Our place is one half of a cute duplex and is clean, quiet & furnished modern. We have no stairs so it is ideal for those with limited mobility. Best suited for up to 4 adults. Close to some of Spokane's best restaurants; Luna, Twigs, Poole's Public House, along with numerous pizza places, and that's just to name a few. Trader Joe's is 2 miles away. We are 15 minutes to downtown shopping and Spokane's two major hospitals are even closer. We know you will relax and enjoy your stay at our place.

Comfy studio apt in safe & quiet neighborhood

Studio apartment. We sanitize all surfaces between bookings and wash blankets in addition to linens. You may check in without contact with hosts, if you wish. Covered parking. Ten minutes from downtown. Private entrance and private patio. Well equipped kitchen. Now with King size comfortable bed. Great shower. No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30. Please do not come here for romantic rendezvouz. but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)
