Our house is placed in a sunny location at 1056m in height and has a beautiful view to the Bischofsmütze and the Dachstein massif. In winter and spring: cross country ski trail directly beside the house. To the ski resort of Filzmoos (2km) with a skibus free of charge. Ski areas Flachau, Zauchensee, Schladming are nearby. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.
