This spacious apartment sleeps 4 persons. The interior design runs like a red thread through the entire penthouse, with warm tones in the oak herringbone floor, furniture in walnut veneer and modern accents such as the terrazzo tiles. In the heart of the ski region Ski Amadé, above the Ort Tischlerei and right in the village center next to the Fritzbach, is the RiverLoft with views of the Hochkönig.

Waking up in the morning sun - Waking up under the morning sun… The house is located just outside the beautiful town center of St. Johann im Pongau on a hill at an altitude of about 700 meters and you have a wonderful panoramic view over the whole valley. Durch das knistern des Holzofens und die Verarbeitung von Altholz wird ein Almfeeling geboten.

The property is located in a quiet, sunny hillside location and offers a fantastic view over Bad Hofgastein and the surrounding mountains. It is equipped with a double bed, private bathroom, kitchenette and balcony. Good public transport connection, about 700 m from the main road, train station and bus stops. The center is also within walking distance along the Gasteiner Ache in approx. 30 minutes. Ski storage is available.

Spend your well-deserved summer or winter holiday in our newly renovated, cozy apartment. This beautiful accommodation is located in the popular shipyard in Pongau, a short distance from the center, Hohenwerfen Castle and the Eisriesenwelt with beautiful views of the magnificent mountains. Due to our very central location in SalzburgerLand, we are an excellent starting point for many other excursions.

We have lovingly renovated our cozy vacation home. It offers family-friendly amenities, but it is also very suitable for a vacation with friends. There is now also a covered Finnish outdoor sauna and a massage chair. You have the house inside and out for your own use. The house has 1 floor and with a size of 80 m² there is space for max. 6 people + baby crib. The kitchen is very well equipped.

We planned and built the apartment ourselves in a unique way. It is centrally located and yet in a quiet location. A ski bus stop is a few meters behind our house. The city center is a 5-minute walk away. We are in the center of countless well-known ski resorts (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) but even in summer there is a lot to offer!
