I think this is skateboard heaven. My wife (non-skater) thinks it's a skater shack. This is not a hotel, it is lived in. 100% of the skateboarders who stayed here loved it. We hold it for them. I can't speak for non-skaters (or the wives - no refunds, btw). If you don't skateboard, that's ok, just remember, this is for skaters, so the attraction is the parks in back.
