Monthly Rentals in St. Simons Island

Carla’s place was great! Short drive to downtown St. Simon’s for dinner and shopping and the pier. Condo was beautiful and had thoughtful and stocked basic amenities. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed this home very much. Was spacious and in a wonderful neighborhood. Had no issues the entire stay.

This condo is located in an established area where the residents take pride in their community. It is very safe and family friendly. The pool, grounds and laundry room were always maintained. The condo has lots of sunlight and two porches, and the price is outstanding for this highly sought after part of the island. We could walk or bike anywhere! The pickle ball courts, ball fields, restaurants and ocean were all a few blocks away and we loved walking there each day. Biking to Wake Up Coffee is one of my favorite activities, but honestly there are so many choices and never a dull day. The beaches are outstanding, so don't forget to visit each one! Our favorite is Gould's Inlet, and biking there for sunset and collecting shells is an awesome way to end the day. The library seriously must be the best in the nation since it is on the sound and you can watch the ships cruise by from one of their lovely rockers. I love St. Simons Island and believe you won't find a better location.

We just finished a 3 week stay at Cynthia’s place and we were so sad to leave! The location and condo complex are perfect. The pools are clean, one is super quiet and one is appropriate for kids, both are great. It is an easy walk into town, also close to the beach. The unit is so comfortable, 2 great bedrooms and bathrooms, very comfortable couch and chairs for relaxing in the living room. I cooked dinners during the week and had everything I needed. We walked to restaurants on the weekends. This is a 5 star property for sure, thanks for a great stay!
