Beautiful 2-room apartment with beautiful garden, centrally located

Welcome to vacation in Skåne! Lund is well located with proximity to many places to visit; museums, parks, nature reserves, restaurants, beaches (the closest about 10 km) and much more. In an extension (construction year 2015) in my villa in central Lund, I rent out a light and beautiful 2nd ground floor with separate entrance and patio door facing a lovely garden. Bv: kitchen, living room with sofa bed 130cm and bathroom. Loft: bedroom, 2 beds. 6 min walk to the hospital, about 12 min t. Lund C. Parking space is available.

A cozy apartmant in a townhouse basement floor. Free parking. The accommodation consists of a room with a sleeping area, a bathroom with a corner bathtub and a small kitchen. In the kitchen there is possibility for simple cooking. There is microwave with grill function, egg cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and fridge. For larger cooking, the guest has access to the house kitchen where there is a stove and oven. Central location, very close to bus stop 166 to Lund, and 174 to Malmö.

The house in the countryside, quiet and nature outside.

Panoramic windows with a fantastic view of the rolling landscape of Skåne. Look at the deer that pass by or the horses in the meadow. A private house with kitchen, toilet and shower on the ground floor. Floor 1 has a sleeping area with a double bed. TV corner with sofa and armchair and behind this additional 2 beds (single beds that can become double beds). In front of the panoramic window with fantastic views, there are armchairs and tables for relaxation and socializing.

Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. Välkommen till vårt fridfulla gästhus i Nordanå, döpt efter vårt pampiga åttio år gamla kinesiska sekvojaträd. På landet men nära staden. Tio km till centrala Malmö och två km till närmaste köpcenter med stor mataffär, många affärer, shopping och snabbmatsrestauranger. Busshållplats till Malmö ligger tio minuters promenad bort och bussresan till centrala Malmö tar ca 15 minuter. Lommas fina strand ligger 13 km bort och nås med bil på under 15 minuter.
