It's newly fully renovated and offers high-end interior, premium appliances (Viking, Monogram.....) & quality beddings, etc. We are new hosts who've been working for high tech companies for years and are still learning about hosting. A sweet 2 bedroom house near downtown Palo Alto and Stanford in the historic "Professorville" neighborhood, nestled among larger, stately homes. Excellent location! Only 5 blocks to downtown Palo Alto and one mile from Stanford University. Front, cozy bedroom has a comfortable king bed. Second bedroom is semi-detached - accessible through a small atrium off the kitchen. This bedroom as a queen bed, a trundle bed that can sleep 2, and a small desk for working from home.

One bedroom apartment, just 3 - 4 blocks from University Ave (the main strip) in downtown Palo Alto's shops and restaurants, half block from a great playground, and 10 min walk to the train. Great for business travelers, family with young kids (cool outdoor play space & extra toys to borrow!), Stanford families, and singles & couples. The unit is independent; just the outdoor patio/play space is shared. This apartment is above our garage which is just behind our house.
