Vacation rentals with breakfast in Stanislaus River

My friends and I loved it! We had 6 couples so we had the whole house. The beds comfortable and the furniture and space were perfect. The backyard was amazing. Room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The only recommendation I can say is the bedroom that you have to go through the bathroom to get to the hallway should be retrofitted to add a door to the hallway just something to think about. We will book again next year regardless it was beautiful 😍 Also thanks to Karen she was very helpful.

Perfect for my wife, daughter and I. VERY comfy master bed (adjustable). Quiet location. No full kitchen (as we knew) but had fresh muffins out for us and a well-stocked coffee bar which we appreciated. Will likely use again when visiting family in Merced.

Hi We wanted a large enough place to stay to accommodate our families and this place fit the bill quite well. House had everything we needed including a downstairs bathroom. Nice location and quite neighbourhood Thanks Kash

Lori's house was wonderful to stay at. Very comfortable and with everything we needed. Lori reached out before we arrived to welcome us and see if there was anything that we needed. We greatly appreciated her hospitality - it makes for a memorable stay !

Seth was an amazing host and incredibly responsive (he answered all my messages quickly.) We stayed about 3 weeks and had no issues. The air conditioner in the unit was super cold and there was many fans as well. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities and even had some waters in the fridge. Bed was comfortable and the recliner couch was great while watching movies. This guest house is a perfect spot. All of the appliances are new and work great, there is a nice big TV in the living room and also a TV in the bedroom. Super close to the freeway, Starbucks, Dutch Bros and many other food options. More than enough parking on the street and the pathway to the guest house lights up at night. Highly recommend staying here and I will be in touch if I need a place in the future.
