Outstanding host! We enjoyed two wonderful nights here and we couldn't ask for more. Katja was very friendly and helpful and her place was nice, clean and quiet. We enjoyed the location very much. We highly recommend this place and would absolutely love to visit again!

My wife, daughter and I were lucky enough to stay at Cecilija’s house at Lake Bohinj for 7 nights in October 2024. The house is exactly as advertised: a beautiful, spacious and comfortable traditional Slovenian mountain cottage; located near a medieval church and within easy walking distance of the lake, hiking trails, and centre of the village. There are magnificent village and mountain views from the house and the apple tree outside the front door drops delicious fruit every morning. The space was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Cecilija is a warm and gracious host. On arrival she took the time to clearly advise of local activities, restaurants and services. Cecilija was very helpful throughout our stay, and attentive to our needs without ever intruding. Thank you Cecilija for a wonderful stay in the beautiful Julian Alps!

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful. The price was very reasonable, and Jerica was an amazing host—truly one of the best I’ve ever had. She explained everything to us to the best of her knowledge and made sure we felt at home from the very beginning. As a lovely surprise, we even received a bottle of wine for our departure! The surroundings are stunning, and the location is a perfect starting point for walks around Lake Bohinj. We couldn’t have asked for more. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation—ten out of ten!

We had a great stay here. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The surroundings were great with the nearby lake and waterfalls. We would definitely stay here again.
