Vacation rentals with a patio in State of Minas Gerais

Simple instructions for using appliances. A great area for washing and drying clothes. Quick, kind service from the Host, we liked it very much and we will certainly come back and recommend it. This might be my favourite Airbnb I stayed at in Rio. Extremely beautiful, very spacious, balcony was perfect. Everything was exactly what I dreamed of. It was very easy to communicate with the host. The only thing is because the area is on a hill some Ubers can’t make it up the hill. We took Mototaxis and that was just fine. I will definitely come back to this beautiful apartment!

Better than we expected!! The place surprised us. We rent for a month because of a course in BSB. It was our home! about the chalet: everything very well equipped, the kitchen has the very good oven, the stove of an electric mouth served us well because we eat most of the time outside, but when we need to make food at home everything went right. A super positive point is that they leave several things in the refrigerator then you arrive and already have cold drinks at a super fair price. the place is very beautiful!! in the photos can not have the dimension of how beautiful the space is and the condominium. super wooded, safe, with a beautiful garden to walk. We took our little dog and she was very happy in this whole place. The people of the place are amazing, all very dear!! They became part of our daily lives! Cleaning is very good and weekly. The condominium is in the south park then to the standards of BSB "near" the airport, about 10 minutes by car and about 20 minutes from the south wing. I highly recommend!

The house was clean, with all the accessories mentioned, bedding, well-size pool, which was cleaned tb during our stay. Despite being in a place of little movement, as we are by car, we went to other beaches. 25 minutes away from Sereia and Setiba beach and 55 minutes from Castelhanos, which is a beach I love. Vila Velha is with good structure on the beaches. Great promenade!

Paulo, served us very well, the house was clean and organized, but there were not many utensils in the kitchen, the leisure area is good, the pool was heated, however, he hung up and the other days it was cold what I found impolite on his part, he also turns off all the lights at 10 pm, it was a point that we did not see in the listing and it hurt us a little bit since we were attending a work event in the city and we arrived after this time, the accommodations were simple, but adequate, if it was to enjoy the day the place is excellent and we would come back more times.

Simply wonderful house, impeccable cleanliness, high-quality bedding, hand towels in every bathroom, impeccable furniture, comfortable beds, kitchen had everything, everything, everything! I've never seen such clean and shiny pots! The only thing is the barbecue that was dirty and with food leftovers from the previous stay, but that was just a detail that, in view of the whole set of work, ended up being small, we cleaned it and that was it! The experience was fantastic, whenever I come to São Thomé das Letras I want to stay at Casa Maciel! Thanks Adriana for hosting us so well!

Great accommodation, I felt at home, spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen, were provided towels, pillows and sheets, mega cozy spaces. The hosts were very requested in everything, including in relation to check-in, which was ultimately super easy, as was the checkout About location, in the same block there are markets, gas station and pharmacy. A few minutes walk away, there is a mall, quadra, ferry, extra market and several amazing niteroi museums.

Great apartment, in a great condominium for those with children. Spacious accommodations, the apartment had everything I needed, comfortable and clean. The condominium with a swimming pool, quadra, playground and a gallery mall below that offered options of convenience, bakery, Smart Fit gym and fast restaurants. Next to the metro and easy to get around the area. I recommend it!
