The apartment is only 250 meters from Lake Steinhude and is located directly on the Lake Steinhude circular path.

This apartment is located on the first floor of a 1908 villa. The approximately 94 square meters accommodate three bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped open kitchen and a bathroom with a comfortable corner tub. Your own conservatory also represents your separate entrance. The forest sauna, underfloor heating and high-quality amenities complete the picture and allow you to have a pleasant and quiet stay with direct access to the Deister.

Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property. The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique spot where you can also just relax. From there, you can be at the trade fair in 11 minutes and downtown in just 7 minutes.

Depending on the season you have the choice to swim, to enjoy the sauna, or just chill sitting by the cosy wood burning stove in the lodge. Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.

Are you looking for an idyllic accommodation on Lake Steinhude? Then this is the place for you. Our vacation home Südufer 61 is right by the water and has its own jetty. Built in the 1960s, the beach house was lovingly renovated in 2021/2022 and is now looking forward to great guests.
