Our cozy, bright penthouse apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, a living and dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without any problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 minutes., University 15 minutes, Exhibition grounds about 7 minutes.

It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at an altitude of 355 m, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 m² fenced forest property there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. Ruhig gelegen im Fliegerviertel trotz direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt (10min Fußweg) sowie zum Landauer Zoo (5min Fußweg) und dem Park der ehemaligen Landauer Festungsanlage (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1min Fußweg). Eine große Parkmöglichkeit liegt vor dem Haus. Sie wohnen in einem Denkmalgeschützen Gebäude aus dem Jahr 1900. Es bietet Ihnen den idealen Start um von hieraus zu Fuß mit dem Rad, dem PKW oder dem ÖPNV die Pfalz und das malerische Umland zu erkunden. Und gleichzeitig wohnen sie in der Stadt mit Cafés, Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe.
