Cozy and modern cottage of 30 sqm with lake view of beautiful Bodasjön with its own rowing boat and shared access to jetty with swimming raft. In the living room there is a sofa, kitchen and dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the two panoramic windows above the sink provide a lovely view. Separate bedroom with a double bed 160 cm wide. The bathroom is decorated with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine with dryer, towel dryer and underfloor heating. This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

You can't get any closer to the sea, the balcony is over the water. Here you live in a 25 m^3 cottage. One room with a kitchenette, fridge, coffee maker The toilet has a sink with hot and cold water and now a water closet. The shower is outside with hot water. The bedroom consists of 2 bunk beds with duvet and pillow, bring your own sheets. On the balcony, there are 2 chairs, sofa and table
