Take a morning swim in the ocean, read a book in a hammock on the large balcony, have dinner on the glazed veranda & finish with a magical sunset, only 300 meters away. A well-equipped gym is available for those who want to work out. The garden is child-friendly with a trampoline, swings, rushkanor, sandbox, etc. Stenungsund, Orust & Tjörn are nearby excursions!

Close to the sea, house with Spa

A place for those looking for peace and quiet. Our house is right by the sea. This means that you have a fantastic view from all rooms except the TV room. A large balcony in front of the house provides sun during the day. Next to the balcony is a hot tub. The beach is perfect for those who want to paddle and for children because it is shallow. Outdoor gym available for rent nearby. A couple of hundred meters away is a harbor. On Orust, there are exciting excursions. The town of Svanesund with grocery store and pizzeria is about 2 km away.

Charming little cottage with pool access, close to the sea

Lovely little cottage, with sleeping loft 140cm bed, sofa bed living room. Kitchen with all facilities. Shower and toilet facilities. Washing machine Private patio at the small cottage. Access to heated swimming pool. On the pool deck there is a pergola with a dining area and barbeque. The garden is Mediterranean inspired, but include an olive tree 250 years old outside the door. Stenungsund centrum can be reached by car in about 7min, there are good restaurants and shopping. A 10-minute walk to saltwater swimming. Welcome to Casa Holm

Luxurious villa with pool close to the sea

Amazing house for those who want that little something little something extra! Pool area, gym, hot tub, sauna and a lovely garden to rest your eyes on. The pool is accessible and heated to at least 28 degrees between May until September. Close to shop, clothing store, Pizzeria, sushi, Thai and hamburger restaurant as well as 600m to the train and bus station but above all the sea. The nearest town is Stenungsund 10 minutes by car. Good transport links to both Gothenburg and Uddevalla by train or bus. 30 minutes by car to Gothenburg.
