Welcome to our nice home – perfect for the small family who wants to stay comfortably with plenty of space both inside and out. The house offers two bedrooms, bathroom as well as a guest toilet. In the kitchen there is plenty of room for cooking and socializing, the living room is open and bright. There's also a separate guest room as well as a walk-in closet. Outside, a generous garden awaits you with room for both play and relaxation – and not least a lovely pool that makes the summer days! Bed sheets & Towels can be rented for SEK 300/30 euros.

Lovely little cottage, with sleeping loft 140cm bed, sofa bed living room. Kitchen with all facilities. Shower and toilet facilities. Washing machine Private patio at the small cottage. Access to heated swimming pool. On the pool deck there is a pergola with a dining area and barbeque. The garden is Mediterranean inspired, but include an olive tree 250 years old outside the door. Spend wonderful vacation days in lovely Stenungsund, your family will be close to nature and attractions. You will stay at this centrally-located place with a pool. Good transportation to Gothenburg by bus and train. Distance by car to Tjörn about 10 minutes, Orust about 20 minutes, Gothenburg about 30 minutes, Smögen/Kungshamn about 60-80 minutes Stenungssund square is close, about 7 minutes, with shopping, restaurants and shops. There are lovely beaches such as Strandviken and Hawaii, you can get there in about 7 minutes.

Welcome to the large cottage on our family-friendly farm. There are currently chickens, ducks, rabbits and guinea pigs you can enjoy, a 12m long cable car, the possibility of swimming in the family's 6x3m heated pool, large lawn for those with running in the legs, dog yard and the opportunity to ride quad biking. With over a hundred fruit trees and berry bushes, there is always something to mumble on when it's in season and in my small farm shop there are eggs, honey and organic sourdough rolls when I bake on the weekend.

Proximity to the sea with the nearest swimming area within cycling distance. Close to shopping and restaurants in Stenungsund and only a short drive to Tjörn, Orust or Marstrand. Approximately 40 minutes by car to Gothenburg, which is also easily accessible by train/bus with frequent departures.

Välkomna till Kyrkesund! Här bor ni omgiven av natur och fina promenadområden med närhet till bad och båtliv. Lekplats och boulebana finns också i området. Kort väg till skulpturparken Pilane. Närmaste matbutik ca 10 min bort med bil och ca 45 min från Göteborg. Saltvattenpoolen är uppvärmd under sommarmånaderna och gräsmattan inbjuder till diverse utomhuslekar. Inga sängkläder eller handdukar är inkluderat. Städning av badrum, kök, golv mm görs av gästerna innan man lämnar boendet.
