Cozy house on a large plot in rural surroundings, the house was renovated in 2019, appears bright and welcoming. The house contains a large living room, nice kitchen, bedroom with double bed, charming bathroom, back room and entrance. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and on the landing there is a sofa bed for 2, as well as a workplace. The house is located on a large natural plot with the possibility of outdoor activities, a nice enclosed terrace, and good parking on a large gravel paved courtyard.

The apartment is located in a separate building. There are 2 rooms, a toilet with a bath and a kitchen with a dining area. Bed linen and towels are provided. Experience historic and beautiful Haderslev up close in our cozy apartment. Only a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and the beautiful Dampark (lake and park). The apartment is full of color and charm, and with cultural life close by. The apartment has a large and sunny balcony, with a good dining area in quiet surroundings. There is a large, beautiful living room and two bedrooms - both with 'king size' double beds and therefore plenty of room for 4 adults, or for 2 adults and 2-3 children.

Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Huset ligger i gå afstand til Jels Sø, hvor der er mulighed for at bade, fiske, sejle m.m. 1,2 km derfra ligger Royal Oak Golf Club og alle byens indkøbsmuligheder og spisesteder er også inden for gåafstand. Gæster har adgang til hele boligen privat overdækket terrasse, parkering og en lukket indhegnet have. Huset har en perfekt central beliggenhed til udflugter i det sydlige Danmark. Hunde er også velkomne.

Holiday in a house in the countryside, child-friendly and plenty of space.

House of 150 m2 on a family farm, in scenic surroundings on the edge of Kongeådalen. 20 km to Ribe, 45 km to Esbjerg, Kolding and Billund. There are chickens, guinea pigs, dogs and cats on the farm, all of which would like to be petted. When you book the house, you have access to a large garden, shelter, fireplace, trampoline and sandbox.

Nice holiday home directly on the beach. It offers peace and quiet and a great view of the water. A house with one bedroom and adjacent annex with 2 bedrooms. 2 lovely terraces. One straight to the beach. The other hidden behind living fences - almost always shelter.
