Cozy house on large plot in rural surroundings, the house is renovated in 2019, appears bright and welcoming. The house contains large angular living room, nice kitchen, bedroom with double bed, charming bathroom, back hallway and hallway. 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and on the repos there is a sofa bed for 2, as well as a workspace. The house is located on large natural plot with possibility of outdoor activities, nice closed terrace, and good possibility of parking on large gravel paved courtyard.

Experience historic and beautiful Haderslev up close in our cozy apartment. Only a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and the beautiful Dampark (lake and park). The apartment is full of colour and charm, and with cultural life close by. The apartment has a large and sunny balcony, with a good dining area in a quiet environment. There is a large, beautiful living room and two bedrooms - both with 'king size' double beds and therefore plenty of room for 4 adults, or for 2 adults and 2-3 children.

Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Summer house close to Jels lake, golf course and Hærvejen.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Huset ligger i gå afstand til Jels Sø, hvor der er mulighed for at bade, fiske, sejle m.m. 1,2 km derfra ligger Royal Oak Golf Club og alle byens indkøbsmuligheder og spisesteder er også inden for gåafstand. Gæster har adgang til hele boligen privat overdækket terrasse, parkering og en lukket indhegnet have. Huset har en perfekt central beliggenhed til udflugter i det sydlige Danmark. Hunde er også velkomne.

I den hyggelige landsby Stenderup, i haven på Lystrupvej ligger denne hytte. Du har din egen bolig på 40 m2, super hyggeligt med eget køkken/stue, bad og soveværelse. Soveværelser med 2 enkeltsenge, Sovesofa til 2 børn, eller en voksen. Der er ikke inkluderet sengetøj og håndklæder. Stenderup er en hyggelig landsby, med købmand lige om hjørnet. Er du på ferie, er dette et perfekt udgangspunkt for at besøge Jylland. Centralt beliggende, tæt på Legoland, Lalandia, Giveskud safari park

Fantastic newly built architect-designed cottage with a unique location. There are views of the sea, Barsø, fields and forests. Peacefully situated without close neighbors. Large windows that provide light and bring the unique view inside. Beautiful and sustainable choice of materials. Cozy recycled finds that make the house personal. Beautiful terrace with lovely surroundings. Wild nature, which is beautiful no matter the season you visit the house!

Lejligheden er nyrenoveret med egen indgang, til 1sal (trapper) klapseng (2 Pers) Udover sengen (incl. sengelinned) er der til afslapning en sofa og fjernsyn. Der kan laves mindre anretninger af mad. (Gryder El koger, bestik m.m, samt køleskab forefindes.) Eget bad (incl. håndklæder) Varmepumpe ( aircondition) Lejligheden er et røgfrit område. Indgangs dør åbnes med nøgle (nøgleboks)

Unique location in a scenic area by the sea

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Beautiful little guest annex in scenic surroundings.

Small annex with small kitchen, located about 800 meters from a great beach/fishing and ferry departure to Barsø. Several beautiful beaches in the area, holiday center with pool and e.g. mini golf just around the corner. Forests and beautiful nature. 8 km to Stor climbing park. 18-hole golf course just across from the house. ½ hour to the German border. 10 km to Aabenraa. 3 km to shopping and pizzeria Pets are no longer allowed after 8/15/2021

Always freshly washed bed linen, cleaned with Neutral Sensitive Skin – a hypoallergenic detergent. Various cozy blankets, cushions, a daybed, and two desks for work or study. There is beautiful nature with good walking opportunities both to the sea and in the forest. The TV can be used with Chromecast

Nice holiday home directly on the beach. It offers peace and quiet and a great view of the water. A house with one bedroom and adjacent annex with 2 bedrooms. 2 lovely terraces. One straight to the beach. The other hidden behind living fences - almost always shelter.
