One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Die schöne gemütliche Studio-Wohnung befindet sich in nur 5 Gehminuten von der Altstadt Sterzing und von der Bahnstation entfernt. In unserem Apartment können bis 2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind übernachten. Die 34 qm große Wohnung besteht aus einem Eingangsbereich, einem Wohnbereich /Essbereich mit einer Schlafcouch, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Bidet. Die Wohnung verfügt zusätzlich über eine Terrasse, einen Garten und eine geschlossene Tiefgarage.

The apartment is in the area adjacent to the center and is close to the “Montecavallo” ski resort. In summer there are jogging paths, playground, gym, swimming pool/sauna, tennis court, soccer field, hockey stadium, skatepark Walking distances: 2 min. The apartment Thalerhof Sancta Sebastianus is located in Unterinn Ritten, 15 minutes by car (11 km) away from Bolzano/Bozen. It is equipped with newly renovated interior design and a spectacular view of the surrounding Alps, making it a wonderful vacation spot. The 40 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a television.

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.
