The pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. Corte Arancio is a house in the historic center of Cella Monte (a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2014), one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and home to the Jazz ReFound festival. The outbuilding of Tenuta Magrini is a small independent studio flat (without kitchen) on the estate, from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monferrato. A quiet place between woods and vineyards with a large and well-kept garden and infinity view pool. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable just for a couple or for a family with one or two children that can share the room. The parking is internal and from the estate.

Pian del Mund is a small village located at 640 m., nestled in the green hills of Alta Langa among woods, hazelnuts and small vineyards that overlook the Alps, dominated by Monviso. The house is small, simple, but authentic and is located on a quiet street. Right next door is the beautiful neo-Gothic church of San Martino.
