For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Elegant apartment located in the historic center of Tellaro, a stone's throw from the sea. It is accessed through two independent entrances, from the main one you enter the bright living room, of which a part is lofted with three beds (a double sofa bed and a single one), through some steps you go down to the well-equipped kitchen/dining area and to the first bathroom with shower. The second entrance allows direct access to the double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. The Casa Turandot apartment occupies the ground floor of Casa Sotto la Torre, Villa Ricordi. Furnished with original furniture and floors, it offers tourists an ancient and special atmosphere. Just 300 meters from the Villa of Giacomo Puccini and the Gran Teatro where his works are performed every summer. Piccolo bilocale situato in una casa di corte, composto in entrata da una camera con letto matrimoniale e poltrona-letto, piccolissimo angolo cottura e bagno con doccia. Entrata indipendente. L'unico locale in comune (con noi che abitiamo sopra) è la lavanderia che è in una stanza indipendente .Il parcheggio ,gratuito , è sulla strada (a 20 metri dalla porta di casa) Non c'è giardino ma ci si può sedere fuori magari per bersi un drink .
