Our lovely farmhouse is minutes from Lake Lemon, Griffey Lake, Indiana University & many spots in Bloomington. Conveniently not far from I-69, we're 20 minutes away from Nashville. This is a basement apartment with private bedroom, private bathroom, large living/dining area, & kitchenette. Shared front door & ~10 steps inside main floor. The ranch is 50+ acres with 8+ acres of woods for hiking, pastures with cattle, a heated pool & patio area, & a beautiful front porch looking over the ranch.

This room is a good value. It is close enough to Indianapolis yet peaceful, clean, quiet, and private. We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. Fountain Bungalow is a spacious, newly renovated three bedroom in Bloomington with living, dining, kitchen, and washer/dryer. In town with a country vibe. It has a big yard yet is only a 5-min ride to downtown. Three bedrooms (K, Q, Twin) and one bathroom with tub/shower combo. Fountain Bungalow is both comfortable and stylish. Well behaved pets considered.

Relax in our quaint guesthouse. Have access to our beautiful farm and spacious barn. You will be staying on a working farm/vineyard. Walk in the woods back to the river or explore the orchard. Set up on the patio of the barn to watch the abundant wildlife or have a fire in the firepit. You can hang out in the barn, play games, or just relax. Things change here often as we are still building the winery, so come see what is new. Also visit the chickens, ducks , and turkeys.

Come enjoy this spacious studio that has been remodeled from an old summer kitchen. Located on 6 acres in the town of Spencer, this is the perfect place to unwind and getaway, or use it as a jumping point to adventure at nearby McCormick's Creek or Cataract Falls. Walking distance to neighborhood grocery store, coffee shop, and restaurants. Within 30 minutes of Bloomington and Indiana University! The hosts live full time in the main house with 2 great danes.
