Präbichl is in Semriach near Graz (not Eisenerz). The house is very quiet without artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. No other guests Linens, towels, hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen there are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, bookcase with lots of games, even for kids. This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

At an altitude of approx. 600 meters above sea level, at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by nature, you will find our vacation cottage. Although in the middle of the forest, you are only about 10 km from the nearest supermarket, gas station, etc. In our fast-moving time, this should be a place to enjoy time in nature and tranquility. During your stay, we look forward to a visit to the Bio Schusterbauerhof - La Paca (approx. 10 minutes by car from the cottage)

It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

LA PERLITA Blockhouse suburbs of Graz

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
