The room is on the second floor and has a double bed ( no headboard) There is a Freeview TV, a full length mirror and a chest of drawers in the room. Their are two windows and a radiator. Free off street parking available - 5 mins walk from Eastbourne Hospital - ideal for Hospital workers !. You can either have a bath or a shower in the bathroom which is on the first floor. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor.

Private off road parking and space in the garage for a motorbike or 2 bicycles. You'll be sharing the house with us, an elderly large dog and a cat. Dogs welcomed

Great location if you like going to the beach and perfect quiet area just out of Eastbourne. Train station not too far away if you like to go to Brighton for the day. Good of street parking. It is a bit of a squeeze to get in, but my extended van even got in there. They were even considerate enough to move their car to make it easier for me.”

From town centre you can find other transport to famous places such as Beechy Head, Burlington Gap, Cookmere River etc. Transport can also easily be found to other near by towns.
