This guesthouse has an exclusive location with its own bathing path (200 m) down to Finnsjön where also a rowing boat is included. SUP boards are available for rent. There are nice swimming, exercise trails, illuminated tracks, outdoor gym, bike and hiking trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts! Only 15 minutes by car into central Gothenburg. You will be staying in a newly built house of 36 sqm with space for 2-3 people and a private furnished patio. Coffee, tea and muesli/cereal is included. During the high season May-Sept only bookings are accepted for a minimum of 2 people.

The kitchen is spacious and equipped with the most basic kitchen appliances for simple cooking, dishwasher & microwave. Kitchen table & four chairs. Bedroom: Double bed 180 cm, chair, desk, two stools, wardrobes, floor mirror, chest of drawers. Living room: Sofa, table, armchair, cabinet, TV bench, TV. Bed 140 cm. Small hall with hooks. Toilet & shower and bathroom cabinet. Hair dryer. Air mattress is available as an extra bed, filled via electrical outlet.

A bright bedroom with a double bed, sleeping loft for an extra bed and a generous bathroom with shower and lovely sauna for the winter season. Breakfast includes fresh eggs from our own chickens – which also ensures that no one oversleeps in the morning. My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
