Includes short distance to the fjord, and sauna through Damp AS. The apartment has a kitchen with a dishwasher, toaster, kettle and air fryer, bathroom with washing machine, bedroom with loft and 2 double beds, and living room with TV, Chromecast and sofa space for 4 people. Dog allowed by appointment. The apartment has been refurnished after the photos were taken.

Centrally located apartment. Private entrance and outside space. Short distance from bus (3 min) and train station (8 min to walk). A nice walk of 20 min to the city center. 1 double bed. 1 extra mattress can be borrowed to be placed on the floor for an extra guest (3 guests). Bathroom w bath, shower in bath. Entrance to outerwear. NB! No kitchen, but: Private room between hallway and bathroom that is equipped with fridge/freezer, studio stove,microwave, kettle, press for coffee. Cups, water glasses,wine glasses, plates,cutlery, etc.

The property is newly renovated and has a very central location in Stavanger, with direct connection to everything the city center has to offer. Close by is Breiavatnet, the train station and the bus terminal, and it is also a short walking distance to many restaurants, a rich cultural offer and hiking opportunities. In the backyard there is access to a shared patio. The airy living room is located in open solution to a practical kitchen, and in the living room there is also a foldable ladder up to loft/alcove of approx. 6 sqm.

Bright and modern apartment in the city center with lots of windows that let in a lot of light. From the apartment there is a view both down to the sea, and to the gay street full of cozy restaurants. The apartment is located on the top floor with a private, cozy roof terrace with good sun conditions and a fantastic view of Stavanger and the sea. There are two bedrooms equipped with good double beds and good closet space It comes with free Wi-Fi, towels, bed linen, bathroom amenities and a fully equipped kitchen.

Private Studio Basement

A newly renovated basement (30m2) with a separate entrance. The bathroom is 10m2 and has a large shower with different settings. The living/sleeping area is roughly 20m2 with high ceilings, heated floor and a TV with chromecast. The "kitchen" area has a fridge, sink, cooking top (for one pot) and a microwave oven. Free parking outside the apartment. 15 minute walk from city centre of Stavanger. The basement is under our house, so some degree of noise should be expected during the daytime (kids).
