We offer for rent a fully equipped recreational building, which is located in a semi-secluded area near the small village of Zahrádka in South Bohemia near the Orlík water reservoir. The entire 3,000 m2 building is enclosed, covered, fenced and is always rented only to one guest at a time. The cottage offers accommodation for 6 people + extra bed. You can sit under a large roofed pergola or by the fireplace. The Jickovický stream flows through the garden and there is a possibility of swimming in your own swimming "biotope" with a diameter of 13 m.

Apartment Vráž u Písku

This comfortable apartment is located in the quiet spa town of Vráž u Písek, an ideal place for relaxing and exploring the beauty of nature. It offers two bedrooms – one of them has a balcony overlooking the fields, each with its own TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, bathroom and separate toilet. The apartment is located in a house on the edge of a field, which guarantees unique views and a quiet environment. At the same time, it is just a short walk to Písek, where you can find cafes, restaurants, and other services.

Chata Simterka

Chata Šimterka has been completely renovated and modernized. There is a swimming pool right next to the cottage, and in the lower part of the complex there is a great Finnish sauna. The Otava River is about 100 m from the cottage. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds). The cottage has two beautiful terraces.

We accommodate 2 people and a pet, we are located near the village of Defurovy Lažany, from Prague you will drive to us about 1.5 hours, electricity is powered by solar panels, fully equipped kitchen, hot water, large shower, antibacterial chemical toilet inside, fireplace stove for solid fuel.

Beautiful south Bohemian cottage

Unique cottage, newly reconstructed but with respect to the past, to rural south bohemian architecture. The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Friendly neighbors can sell you fresh eggs straight from the hen house:) Nice south bohemian surroundings, forest just upon a hill, lakes, fields and meadows offer many beautiful walks.

In a quiet location by the river Otava (Orlík Dam), we offer a holiday cottage in a holiday complex with its own land and parking space. There is a common, covered swimming pool with salt water and a Finnish sauna. It is an ideal destination for lovers of walks, fishermen, cyclists or mushroom pickers.
