Logement très bien placé proche de la « marina ». Ballades et accès aux bateaux pour visiter les cinq terres. Proche des rues piétonnes de la Spezia pour y trouver de bons restaurants et se promener Accès depuis la gare à pied (20 min) ou bus Idem bus pour Lerici et Portovenere proches. Bon équipement Hôte agréable et réactif Beaucoup de recommandations Un peu bruyant à mon goût l’avenue où donne les fenêtres est très passante mais après une journée de visite on s’endort très vite 😉 À réserver les yeux fermés

El apartamento era hermoso, tal cual se muestra en las fotos, tenía todas las comodidades que hicieron nuestra estadía muy amena. Definitivamente lo recomiendo, Giorgia siempre estuvo atenta y fue muy amable. Amamos el detalle de bienvenida. Esperamos volver!

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and spacious. It was perfect for us travelling with a toddler. Also, the hosts were very helpful giving us lot of information about the surroundings. We had a bit of a trouble finding a place to have lunch.on a public holoday, but Fabiana called several restaurants to helped us book a wonderful restaurant near by the beach! The stay at the apartment was more than pleasant. We would love to come back again in the summer!🌞🏖️

Tout s'est très bien passé. L'hôte nous a donné plusieurs indications avant notre arrivée, et a été très réactif lorsque nous avons eu des questions pour garer la voiture. Idem pour le départ. L'appartement est propre et agréable. Sa position près de la gare, des commerces et de la plage est très pratique. Nous avions été bien content d'avoir pu réserver ce logement ! Merci à l'hôte.

Appartement spacieux et propre Proche de la gare, facilement accessible à pied. Supérette et nombreux restaurants à quelques pas de l’immeuble. Salle de bain et douche un peu petite et cuisine pas très pratique car on y circule pas facilement Nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition d’un sèche linge car nous avons séjourné sur des jours pluvieux

Great house, very clean, closeby to supermarket and train station, in a quiet area. Great location for two days in Cinque Terre. Loved it!

Die Unterkunft war spitze, sehr gut gelegen, ruhig aber doch zentral, nahe am Meer. Die Wohnungseinrichtung und auch Küche waren in sehr gutem Zustand, alles hat super funktioniert; das ist in Italien nicht immer selbstverständlich. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

We loved our stay at Lorenzo’s place. We were a party of four adults and a baby. Lorenzo was very accommodating in organising a cot and highchair. The bedrooms are spacious and having the upper deck off them was great, opening the curtains in the morning to that view is a fantastic way to start the day. The garden is lovely, and we enjoyed visits from Lorenzo’s cats, although they did not come into the house. We walked into the town most days, it is a pleasant walk, even pushing a stroller. Everyone we met was very friendly, San Miniato has all the charm of a hilltop town without hordes of visitors. We had some great meals, Lorenzo had left a book of local information, including recommendations for restaurants, which we made good use of. We could have stayed longer, and will do so if we are lucky enough to return. Thank you Lorenzo.

This is the perfect place to stay in Forte dei Marmi. The apartment is fully renovated, located in a quiet area, yet just a short walk from both the beach and the town center. It’s even better than it looks in the pictures, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming

Casa affascinante , molto curata e in ottima posizione per visitare San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Peccioli e altri borghi. Ottima comunicazione con Lorenzo che si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

We loved the place. With two young kids it was the perfect location to stay… not too busy and close proximity to the water. Would highly recommend.

I stayed with Jennifer and Eric while I was having work done on my home and it was such a welcome change to country living. Everything is right at your fingertips. They are a stone’s throw away from amazing restaurants. I loved walking the walls. I was so impressed with how much information they gave me about the area, favorite restaurants, getting around, etc. I can’t say enough about what amazing hosts Jen and Eric are. Communication was stellar. Their home is so beautiful and well appointed with very comfortable furnishings. I slept like a dream. Jen & Eric were so welcoming. I really felt at home and like I made some new friends.

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

Appartamento meraviglioso, pulito e ben studiato. Posizionato a pochissimi passi dal mare, comunicazione impeccabile, host pazientissimo e gentile nonostante il ritardo di 6 ore dovuto ad un guasto meccanico. Consiglio vivamente. Grazie mille. Ottimo soggiorno. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

Super impressed with Elisa’s place… it was clean, modern, had everyone you needed and in a great location. In between a large range of restaurants and cuisines to choose from, 13min walk to the tower of Pisa and sites. 15min walk to the Central station. 15min by taxi from the airport. Great base to travel to spend the day in Cinque Terre or Florence ( which we did and highly recommend ! ) and, coming home to a quieter more relaxed town, without the busy crowds, was such a highlight!! Elisa was friendly, knowledgeable and super responsive whilst answering my many questions, so so helpful!! Made our experience all the better… Honestly, don’t waste your time looking anywhere else, this place and location has it all and trust me, I do my research 😁 Enjoy Pisa !

Appartamento ordinato e pulito. Si trova in una zona molto comoda di San Terenzo, vicino al mare e al supermercato. Il posto auto vicino alla casa è un grande plus. Oste (Fondazione Manlio Canepa) chiara nella comunicazione, celere e proattiva.

Grazie Mille Super Luigi 😉!! Nous venons de passer un formidable séjour à Viareggio avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Et l’appartement proposé par Gianmarco y est pour beaucoup !! Le bien est propre et très fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes! Une situation géographique d’exception! A quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui longe les magnifiques plages de Viareggio et ses bagnos par dizaine. Des restaurants exceptionnels comme le « Pivot bistro di mare » ou « l’Amaro » sont à quelques mètres! Et que dire de la communication de Gianmarco qui a été de très bons conseils et qui a toujours su se rendre disponible selon nos besoins! Nous recommandons « 1000 fois » ce bien pour passer de très belle vacances toscanes à Viareggio!! À très bientôt Gianmarco (Super Luigi)

Soggiorno piacevolissimo. L’appartamento è proprio sulle piste ed è perfetto per chi vuole sciare. Accogliente e caldo, ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Appartamento incantevole nel centro città. Facile parcheggiare appena fuori le mura. La descrizione e le foto molto veritiere. La casa è bellissima e funzionale, massima privacy avendo il bagno tra le due camere. Molto facile l'accesso grazie alle istruzioni ricevute. Se ritornerò a Lucca, vorrei soggiornare ancora qui.
