This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

It is accessible from the Kivàlò road. Surrounded by vineyards in a forest environment. Equipped with a great heating air conditioner, which makes it a pleasant warmth for guests even on the coldest days. Electricity can only be used for household purposes. CHARGING ELECTRIC CARS IS PROHIBITED!!!

Therme Bad Tatzmannsdorf is only 10 minutes away. Come by and enjoy your stay – we look forward to seeing you!

A beautiful house made of pure wood close to Semmering and Stuhleck ski resorts, close to Schneeberg and Rax hiking areas. The 7 mountain bikes are available free of charge.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
