House Wipperoen has been in our family for 50 years. It is not in a holiday park, extra safe in these corona times! In 2018, it was fully renovated and equipped with a new kitchen, lovely beds and underfloor heating. The best thing to do is stand in the middle of the trees. All freedom on our own grounds of 1100m2! From the cottage you walk into the forest in 5 minutes. Gees is centrally located in Drenthe: Emmen, the beautiful Orvelte and the shops of Hoogeveen are 20 minutes by car.

Our cozy Secret Annex has a fresh, contemporary look. On the ground floor there is room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed. All beds have M-line mattresses. It is based in our little farm where we live with our dear labrador Saar. In the yard, we have two donkeys and chickens. Welcome! Bed &Breakfast 'Mekelermeer' is a nice stay for 2 persons included breakfast. ckeck in is after 14.00 h. check out is round 12.00 h. 2 nights is the minimum stay. The interior is very cosy. You have a marvellous vue over garden and fields. There is hardly any traffic. Only some farmer business. A perfect place to 'slow down' .
