It's a 10 min. walk to the village of Stumm with a nice square, beautiful public open air swimming pool, bakery, restaurants, supermarket. Only 10 min to the Zillertal train. There are many different options for hiking and biking. The Upper Zillertal is a wonderful skiing area with many opportunities. Terrace and garden of the apartment offer space for relaxation and are just wonderful for children. Very suitable for kids

The small, cozy Apart die Almsünde has free Wi-Fi, ski storage room with drying room, car parking!! In winter, winter tires are absolutely necessary!!! In case of snowfall, snow chains are also required!!!!

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
