This guest house has an exclusive location with its own bathing path (200 m) down to Finnsjön, where a rowing boat is also included. There are nice swimming areas, exercise trails, illuminated trails, outdoor gym, cycling and hiking trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts! Only 15 minutes by car into central Gothenburg. You live in a newly produced house of 36 sqm with room for 2-4 people and your own private, furnished patio. Coffee, tea and muesli/flakes are included. During the high season May-September, only reservations for a minimum of 2 people are accepted.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. With us, you live in our garden with chickens. Not as close to the ocean as the map pin shows- but 5 min by bike 😅 Balcony in the south with barbecue. Double bed 160x 200 cm in the loft (steep stairs!) and bunk bed 70 x 170 cm cots + sofa bed 120x200 cm. Cleaning is NOT included, but is done by you or booked for SEK 300. Paid with swish/ 💵 Sheets and towels are not included but are mandatory to use. Available to rent for SEK 100 per person if you do not bring. Bikes for children and adults 🚴‍♀️🚴🏻‍♂️

In addition, own private terrace with deck chairs. Only 2 minutes walk to tram taking you directly into town in 20 minutes. Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.
