An incredible place to go with friends or family, the place is very quiet and safe, the house had everything working, the house has different environments to rest and easy to get to

Beautiful private community. The best part of the house was the pool and garden. Well maintained. The house is nice and close to the parks- had AC but we were really only home in the evenings and didn’t need to use it much. Will probably return in the future.

We always received support from Vladimir, the house is very nice and comfortable. Perfect for a trip to Mazatenango close to downtown and with a magnificent view of the volcanoes.

My friends and I had the best time at this airbnb. We loved it so much we wanted to spend all the time here. The space was more than enough for 9 of us. This place has so many amenities we felt like we had something to do all the time, especially the lake access in the backyard. We spent most of our time swimming in the lake and jumping from the pier. Also the heated swimming pool with a gorgeous view was perfect to relax after swimming in cold lake water. Adolfo was very helpful and responsive. Very grateful for salvador, rosa and bella for making us food and getting us anything we wanted from the town. They made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. Hope to be back here soon :)

I would only recommend improving the vehicle entrance and also the finish of the pool, since the children hurt their feet because it was rough, but otherwise a beautiful house

Doña Rosa went above and beyond for us! Long story short, we were left by our driver in Panajachel, (lots of) luggage and all. I contacted doña Rosa and she immediately was helpful. She recommended a local lancha (boat) person who immediately picked us up and brought us to the boat launch area near the Airbnb. Since we had tons of luggage, she offered herself and her vehicle to do a couple of trips to get all of our luggage to the Airbnb. She didn’t hesitate to jump into action and help us out. Once we were at the Airbnb she was beyond welcoming. Showing us the gorgeous home and all of its amenities. The house itself is as pictured. Beautiful inside and out. We had a blast enjoying the pool, the jacuzzi or just sitting outside enjoying the birds sing. The location is amazing. Nestled within a lot of beautiful homes! The community even has a helipad which we saw a helicopter land on right in front of us! I would totally recommend doña Rosa & her beautiful home!

This Airbnb is beautiful, 3 minute walk to the lake! Locating it was bit complicated, I would honestly recommend paying a tuk tuk to direct you to the house since Apple Maps and Waze lost us. Thankfully Dana was incredibly helpful in finding us and taking us to the Airbnb! Other than that everything was perfect!!!!! 10/10

It's a very cute house!

Great little house with a beautiful patio. I don’t understand the reviews about the bathroom being separate from the unit because it’s just through another door inside the building like in a normal apartment. The bed was very comfy and spacious and clean, as all of Miguel’s place. There are indeed some dogs on the path to the house at night but they were harmless. Would stay again!

This place is amazing! You can’t drive to it so make sure you understand where it is located. It is a nice short flat walk from where you are dropped off at and Jose is there to help with your bags. Very pleasant. The setting is like a fairy tale. Jose is so sweet and helpful. He even got me some groceries when I didn’t feel to go out. I was there for one month. Heaven! Susan the owner was great at communicating and even though I didn’t meet her I felt she was there for me.

Unforgettable experience in the middle of nature Our stay at Finca Vita Nova, Casa Cedro, was simply spectacular. The place is perfect to disconnect from the daily rhythm and enjoy an incredible natural setting. The house is spacious, comfortable and well equipped, ideal for large groups. We loved the pool - a gem in the area - perfect for relaxing during the day or under the sunset lights. Rodman, the host, was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Communication was smooth from the beginning, which greatly facilitated the check-in and check-out process. The self check-in system was also very convenient. It's definitely a place we'd love to go back to. 100% recommended!

The place is in a safely gated community which is 5 min to the parks and about 15 min to downtown Reu. Great location. The house has a beautiful pool which we really enjoyed with a bbq area. Another highlight is each room in the house has its own bathroom so that we don’t have to share bathroom. Gorgeous kitchen as well equipped with everything. We definitely will stay here again.

Carlos was outstanding. Very attentive, easy to communicate. His place well recommend for wheelchair access. My mom loved the place. The kitchen has all of the necessities. I would love to come back soon. He is a super host.
