Very clean and cozy room. The mattress is big and very comfortable! The outside space is very good as well with some hammocks, couches and a good view to the lake! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Totally recommended!

Muy contentos con mi familia de poder visitar este lugar, volveríamos sin duda alguna.

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans ce logement, à la suite d’un problème dans notre premier logement. Nous avons donc été très heureux de voir en arrivant que tout était super propre, même la cuisine extérieur ! Miguel et Déborah nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous on même permis de déposer nos bagages avant l’heure d’arrivée dans le logement, ce qui nous a beaucoup aidé. Dans le logement, en plus d’une chambre avec un immense lit très confortable, vous aurez accès à une superbe terrasse et une cuisine bien équipée et propre ! En plus, il y’a une vue magnifique sur le toit, à coupé le souffle pour le lever du soleil. Le logement est super bien situé car il est presque en plein centre de San Pedro donc très facile d’accès à pieds. Certains commentaires parlent du bruit mais il est présent dans tout le village, peu importe le logement que vous choisirez vous n’y échapperez pas. Et personnellement, ça ne nous a pas dérangé, nous avons très bien dormit.

Perfect location! 3minute tuktuk to everything or 9-10mins walking. Sababa resort/ ferry doc/ and Mr mullets all in that distance. Pictures are accurate but much better in person! Highly recommend as host made everything super easy and willing to help with anything. OAN:If you use wash cloth for body they don’t supply. None of the location we stayed had them (we brung some so wasn’t an issue for us😂)

Le logement est très bien agréable à vivre. Il est important de savoir que la piscine est partagée (ce qui est écrit sur l’annonce mais pas mis en évidence donc peut amener à se tromper). Sinon celle-ci est très agréable et très peu utilisé par les autres logements. Les chambres du logements sont spacieuses. Les seuls bémols seraient le bruit au alentour (mais qui ne dépende pas évidemment de l’hôte) mais cela peut être parfois épuisant et faire peur au début. Aussi, quelques ustensiles de cuisine et des indications pour utiliser le matériels peuvent manquer mais l’hôte est très réactif dans ce cas. Nous le remercions pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité.

Unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns von Anfang an wohl. Astrid ist eine unglaublich freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die stets kommunikativ und hilfsbereit war. Ihre Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Wir können sie nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Very pleasant stay! The apartment is easy to reach and all the good restaurants, bars, etc. are within walking distance. The place is all new and squeaky clean, had hot water and a fully equipped kitchen. Miguel and Enly were super easy to communicate with, checked in with us a few times and were so sweet and friendly - and they have an in-house laundry!!! Also loved the chill out area with the beautiful lake view.

Carlos was outstanding. Very attentive, easy to communicate. His place well recommend for wheelchair access. My mom loved the place. The kitchen has all of the necessities. I would love to come back soon. He is a super host.

My friends and I had the best time at this airbnb. We loved it so much we wanted to spend all the time here. The space was more than enough for 9 of us. This place has so many amenities we felt like we had something to do all the time, especially the lake access in the backyard. We spent most of our time swimming in the lake and jumping from the pier. Also the heated swimming pool with a gorgeous view was perfect to relax after swimming in cold lake water. Adolfo was very helpful and responsive. Very grateful for salvador, rosa and bella for making us food and getting us anything we wanted from the town. They made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. Hope to be back here soon :)

One of my favorite places to stay in San Pedro. Once if the most beautiful homes with so many places to hang out and enjoy. Best location in San Pedro, amazing and responsive owners, and a fully equipped and comfortable place to call home while away. Thank you for my 3rd visit and I promise I'll be back again.

La casa es hermosa, tiene una vista espectacular al lago y cuenta con todo lo necesario para tu estancia. Daniel es un excelente host; súper amable, dispuesto y con una excelente atención. Nos dio indicaciones para ubicarnos en los pueblos de alrededor y nos acompañó hasta la casa para que nuestra llegada fuera sencilla; además nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones para conocer los pueblos de Atitlán. Sin duda regresaremos.

Muy bonito establecimiento, todo en orden, Magaly siempre estuvo al pendiente y fue muy atenta en los días que estuvimos hospedados! Super recomendado el lugar, sin duda alguna volvería otra vez

The Lake House was waterfront in an unbelievable location—the pictured didn’t do the views justice! The house was walkable to the center of town but there were always tuk tuks around if you didn’t feel like walking. The Mikaso Hotel next door was very convenient to grab a meal or a drink. The house was very spacious and we made great use of both patio decks. The location is a bit buggy but that should be expected right on the lake. The house had everything and I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to San Pedro!!
